Booking Process
- Please make an enquiry on this page including your wedding date, venue or destination, and any queries you may have.
- I'll then review and respond if I can make the date and will share with you a link to book the date and make the deposit of 50% online. The remaining balance can be paid on the date of the event in cash or by bank transfer.
FAQs
Do you do make up trials before the wedding?
I offer trials for an additional fee or included for destination weddings but then the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Can I share inspiration pictures with you?
Yes feel free to share inspiration pictures and your preferences.
Can you do make up for my famiy or bridesmaids too?
I can do this for destination weddings only for an additional fee.
How early do you take bookings?
For weddings based in Cairo, I can take bookings up to 3-4 months ahead of the wedding date. For destination weddings outside of Cairo, I can take bookings up to a year before the wedding date.
What's your cancellation policy?
For destination weddings, the deposit is 100% refundable if you inform me 16 weeks before the event date. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if you inform me 12 weeks before the event date. After 12 weeks before the event date, the whole deposit is non-refundable.
For Cairo weddings, the deposit is 100% refundable until 10 weeks before the event date and non-refundable after that. In case of an emergency, the deposit can be pushed to a new date depending on availability, but otherwise is non-refundable.
Can you do special themed face and body make up for themed events?
Yes I have done this for brides - we'd need to discuss the theme, vision and look in more detail over a virtual call to ensure I order and have the materials needed for your perfect look.
