- Mena House offers 3 outdoor venues and 1 indoor venue:
- 1. Eugenie garden: This garden overlooks the swimming pool and has only a limited view of one pyramid. The minimum capacity starts from 100 guests up to 400. [Music can only be played until 11pm]
- 2. 139-pavilion garden: This is the main garden overlooking the Great Pyramids. The minimum capacity starts from 400 guests up to 1000. [Music can only be played until 11pm]
- 3. Kundalini Grand Pyramids (Golf Course): This is out of the hotel grounds and overlooks the Grand Pyramids more directly. The minimum capacity starts from 500 guests up to 1,500. There is an additional rental fee of 458,000 EGP plus a set up fee of 60,000 EGP for weekdays and 229,000 EGP for weekends.
- 4. Al Khalifa ballroom: The grand indoor ballroom. The minimum capacity starts from 200 guests for the weekdays and 250 guests for the weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) up to 400 guests.

What's the booking process?
Please make an enquiry and share your preferred date and venue in order to make a tentative booking. Once the booking has been created, it will remain on the system for 3 days. A first draft contract will be sent to you along with a preliminary Performa invoice and a down payment of 20% should be paid upon contract signature to confirm the date and booking. An additional 50% of the total payment must be paid two months' prior to the event date and the remaining 30% should be paid two weeks prior to the event date.
Are fireworks allowed?
No, fireworks are prohibited but there is an option to get the pyramids lit up for an additional fee per hour.
What's the cancellation policy?
The full down payment is refundable if the event is cancelled more than 120 days prior the event date. 50% of the down payment is refundable if the event is cancelled between 90 to 60 days prior to the event date. There is no refund of the down payment if the event is cancelled within 60 daays or less prior to the event date. The down payment is non-refundable if the event is postponed to a later stage and then cancelled.
Are there any decor restrictions?
We don't allow for real candles and live flames for health and safety purposes.
Do you offer a food or menu tasting?
Yes we can certainly arrange for this.
Can you offer me a virtual/video tour so I can see the the venues before I'm able to visit?
Certainly, we can organise to have a call and show you around the different spaces.
What do you offer or include in terms of furniture or decor?
We have conferency style tables and chairs which can be covered. Most couples source tables and chairs via external vendors and through their planner.
